LOTS of pictures!

The past couple of weeks have been pretty routine around our house.  I had a few chances to try to captures Bella's fun filled personality!  This is one of my favorite fall outfits of hers. :)
Here is our little escape artist during a diaper change.  She will love this picture when she gets older I'm sure!
One of our favorite times is still bath time.  The toys have increased!  She enjoys her bath time books, stacking flower cups and all the rubber ducks.

Daddy and Bella were playing before church.  When she crawls, she always has to have something in her hand as she goes.
We are enjoying her first grilled cheese!  I know, it sounds like such a grown up food!  I used potato bread which is age appropriate for her, don't worry!
Here's a shot of some of the ice cube trays filled with various flavors of baby food I made last week.
Our freezer is stocked!

Bella is reaching for baby Sophie.  She can't wait to play!
Bella and Sophie had their first play date this week.  Bella loves her little cousin so much!  She's leaning down to give her a kiss!

Welcome Sophie Ann Bailes!!!

Sophie Ann Bailes was born this morning at 8:19am.  She weighed  7lbs and 11 ozs and measured 19 inches long.
Bella couldn't keep her hands off of her.  They are going to be the best of friends!
We were thrilled to welcome another beautiful girl into the family!  We have some great times ahead of us with these sweet girls!

Two visitors!

This week Bella met her first teacher, Miss Amy, though the Parents As Teachers program in the Grain Valley School District.  The second she walked in the door Bella started laughing and showing off for her!  I think this means she is going to love school and her teachers!
Brandon's dad, Bob, came to visit us this week.  We went up to see the finished showroom at Builder's Stone in Olathe.

Bella and I surprised Brandon with a little fridge full of goodies for his new office!
Bella's new trick this week is climbing up on things and standing with her legs!  She even gets in the push up position!  haha, I'm in trouble now!  Walking is only weeks away I'm afraid!
This was a great shot of Grandpa Bob and Bella Sunday before church.  She loves her new hat!

A Week of New Things!

Two new things that Bella is working on this week are drinking out of her "big girl" cup and cutting her 2nd tooth!  I love being her mommy and experiencing all of these little firsts with her!

We enjoyed a long Labor Day weekend and probably the last day in the pool for the summer. It was great to relax with our friends and family.

We got to hang out with the Marbles and see their amazing pictures from their trip to Italy! They brought Bella the sweetest little souvenir purse, which she drags along with her everywhere she goes.

My sister Valerie, my great friend Romy and I went to the Fall JBF consignment sale this week and found some great deals.  Bella loved her new little snowman costume for Halloween that I found for only $3!

I was also so blessed by a surprise visit with my good friend Erin this week.  We went to Baylor together and were both in Tri Delt. She got to meet Bella for the first time and we got to catch up with each other.

Brandon has been working hard and installed some amazing shelves in our storage room in the basement this weekend.  I have my work cut out for me this week to reorganize and put everything back in!

Our 3rd Anniversary!

Brandon and I celebrated 3 years this July! We took a nice trip to Riviera Maya in Mexico. We enjoyed the beach, the pools, some Mayan Ruins, and swimming with the dolphins. Bella got to stay with Nana and Papa for the week. It was our first time to leave her over night anywhere. She had a blast swimming with them and going on her own adventures!

Brandon's brother Barry and wife Christie also got to come for a visit. Bella enjoyed playing with friends True, Selah, Kaylin, Elayna, and the Caldwell Crew!
