Fun Family Weekends

This weekend we got my phone fixed, enjoyed burgers at Five Guys, took a little nature walk, and Bella got her summer hair cut! The story of my phone... all of a sudden I couldn't send text messages and other things were acting up, turns out I just needed to take the battery out and put it back in! Duh! Why didn't I think to try that, thankfully nothing was really wrong with it!

Bella's hair cut was so fun! We went to Sheer Madness and she had a blast playing with all the toys while we waited! Then we got to pick out a car to sit in, we picked the yellow car and the Dora cartoon of course! She sat so still and followed every direction the sweet Korean lady gave which was hard for even me to understand! haha! So what we've learned is that if you give a child a sucker and a cartoon they will do just about anything you ask! She loved her haricut and kept looking at it in the mirror and "fixing" it. Her braid even lasted over night.

The next day we hit a nearby garage sale and I spent $15 and got an outdoor picnic table for the kids, a rollarcoaster car toy, and 30 items of Gap and Chilren's Place clothes for this fall and winter! I was on cloud 9!

We meet up with Aunt Val, Unlce Lea, Sophie and Porter, and Sophie's friend Jack for the Mr. Stinky feet Concert and more burgers at the Power and light district. The rain didn't keep us in! Bella was extremely shy at first and didn't want to come out from under her stroller sun shade, but we got her out and somehow ended up playing the bells in the "band" with Sophie and Jack! What a fun day!
