Botanical Gardens

The Botanical Gardens had a children's area set up and it was soo cool and soo hot! There was a lifesize candyland game the kids "played", little forts and houses with different themes, and the most fun was wading in the creek! Every ten minutes or so over the speakers you would hear thunder. That meant it was going to start "raining" right there above the creek and all the kids would run through and get completely soaked! I didn't bring extra clothes so I wasn't sure how they would handle walking back to the car soaking wet, but they both did great! Benjamin just wore a pull up and Bella didn't care a bit probably because it was so stinking hot out! Grandpa Bob had been visiting this weekend so they had a blast playing with him on all stuff!
